The City of Renton offers many wonderful programs for seniors at the Renton Senior Center, but also for folks with developmental disabilities. My son has been participating at the Thursday night Club Social for nearly 20 years. Just like seniors who can become isolated, people with DD are tremendously needful of a place to "hang" and belong. I am extremely grateful to Renton for all their extraordinary programs. And the facility itself is beautifully located right on the Cedar River and staffed by awesome people. Great job, Renton!!

I was there for a craft bazaar that was well organized and fun. I am familiar with this place because I brought several groups of students to visit. The staff is wonderful. They plan excellent activities and engage everyone in the fun.

For private events? I would think so, but you would have to call. They have a daily schedule, and they do close early most days. Nine PM on Wednesdays is the latest I know of. Special rentals later or on Sundays, don't know for sure?
Yes there is and you should call them On Mondays and Wednesdays which start at 9:00am. It is a four mile walk and begins at the Trenton .
