Really enjoyed the location of the hotel but was disappointed that there was no hot breakfast and very little to choose from. No muffins, bagels, bread, etc. Also saw to roaches in the bathroom upon arrival. The beds are the noisest with that metal frame underneath and the bed were very uncomfortable. Also no housekeeping service, had to keep asking for towels at the front desk. I wish these hotels will stop using Covid as an excuse for horrible customer service!!

It doesn't have a gym, as of 2 weeks ago, they don't serve breakfast, They don't turn the room down if you want fresh towels or linens you have to go downstairs to get it. They are clearly short staff it was pretty disappointing
I agree with Russell the manager I can't remember her name is German and has the accent is awesome and so accommodating if you call ahead she will make it happen. I stay here all the time and she always helps make my stay as great as possible.

No,and be careful because I just left from the place and the room was filthy! Dog ad human hair all over the room! Housekeeping did not sweep nor mop the room!!! Unswept bathroom,a nonsmoking room cigarette butts in the sink!!!!
