Thanks you Phoenix Cycles. On the first day of a long weekend of riding I had a major break down. You had the parts and took the time to get me going again. These guys are the best.

I want to give you guys an honest review. There's been multiple times I have called the shop asking for parts you guys take my name and number and never call me back that is unlike any other store around here that will tell me while I'm on the phone if they have the part. However, I brought my brand new TCR in there that was just a little bit off on the rear derailleur I did not buy it from them but bought it from an authorized dealer maybe 4 days before and I asked if they could help me fix it and they did with no cost. I just wish that they would treat the customer on the phone that needs parts with a little bit more priority.

If you're reading these reviews to determine if this is a worthy shop, consider how hard it is for a bike shop to maintain a 5.0 rating. After my visit, I completely understand it's merit. I was so lucky to have found Doug and Dave when my bike succumbed to a winter storm. Doug's face lit up when he came around the counter to look at the damage. I could tell he was a bike guy who was just excited about bikes. It was 10am, he said be back around noon. In 2 hours Doug not only fixed my bike, but got it working better than it did before my foolish wintry outing, and all for 1/2 the price I was anticipating. Because of Doug and Dave I was able to salvage the rest of my long weekend to Shawnee with a few more snowy rides. 110% recommend.

In 1978 I purchased a new Schwinn D11 Le Tour. I rode it everywhere, for years; then I had 2 babies. My Le Tour spent many years in the attic or hanging in the garage. Now, 43 years later, Doug and Dave at Phoenix Cycles have restored my Le Tour to the sleek and smooth-gliding riding experience I remember from my youth without disturbing it's authenticity. GREAT JOB, GUYS! I'm riding like I'm 18 again!

Great!
Yes we do assembly our current rate is $40 per hour.
We do take bikes on trade but we would need to see the condition of the bike before we could make a offer.
Are you interested in new old style baskets or old as in age baskets?
