The most absolutely unorganized and unprofessional branch I have ever worked for. You will not get paid on time. They said it was because my paperwork I turned in was filled out wrong, when all the paperwork I did was in office and checked before I left. If it was wrong why wasn't it noticed when it was checked? However, the representative Theresa at the Murfreesboro branch, was of absolutely no help to me. Customer service was a complete 0 and she made me feel like a nuisance to her when in reality I am simply an employee who has been left in the dark on money that is owed to me. Yet it's all my fault and I deserve to be disrespected for a fault on the company's end. I called one week ago to check on my money and the lady said she would get back to me and never did. So here I am, one week later calling because I still have no idea where my check is but apparently they have it fixed now and there's no reason for me to be upset or concerned. I wouldn't be if someone had simply informed me on the situation as they said they would. Thanks for blessing me with your awful attitude, Theresa. Good day..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told by a member of the Murfreesboro branch to come in on Saturday between 6am-9am to pick up a paycard. When I arrived at 7:30am the doors were locked and someone was hiding in the back popping their head out of the office door. I called the number on the door and was told by a woman that the person at that location had to step out for an emergency. When I informed her that I was standing at the door looking in there was someone hiding in the branch she said I'll have them call you. This place is highly unproffesional. I have taken this to upper management to get the issue resolved.

They are the most unprofessional people ever! They will give you an assignment and you accept it you prepare yourself to go the next day and when you wake up in the morning and you check your phone your ticket number has been taken away from you re-posted and reassigned even though you had two hours to show up to the job assignment! It is my humble opinion that they have favorites it is my humble opinion that they are not going to give you work unless you are their friend or family..! I suggest you don’t waste your time on this company there Are better companies out there that keep their promises and don’t play favoritism! Don’t go to people ready!!!
