This is terrible they send you here. If your trying to find your bus bestfriend, Go down the street a few blocks for the real bus station! The transit station. Greyhound was around the corner even then, Only 2 run a day and you send us to the wrong place? THEN this bus, the driver was great, but It smelled of sewege the entire way no exaggeration then my transfer bus was an hour late with no one deciding to tell us all sitting around Seattle in wait. Thanks. I miss the $5 Amtrak train.

Creepy, dirty. I have to pick my mom up from here because it is where the bus drops her. I try to get there early because it doesn't feel safe and I don't want her having to wait. My brother was even accosted there once. Why the buses don't strictly use the regular transit station, I don't know.

Unfortunately, as with most Greyhound bus stations I have been exposed to in more recent years (10), this one is no better. Greyhound is to be commended for having done a great deal to keep their fare down to an affordable level for the below average or lower income traveler. (Myself included). What i feel may be missing is the "personal pride" aspect from station attendants. AND a boost of support from the local police agencies would go a long way.

The driver was rude disrespectfu and no regard to passengers safety and left Boise Idaho late after they Boise greyhound called his personal cellphone ... in the end the manager had to pound on the door to wake him up and when I called in Friday they told me to call Saturday to find out what compensation I could get. For all the above to happen while my brother and about 75- 80 other people his bus and 5 of them were children under 10. I didn't call Saturday because I knew they were going to give issues. I called Monday and just as I knew I got issues. I'm calling again today since I am calm again and trying again.
