It's me again that is the best gun shop I've ever been to the group of guys are really awesome we have been to many gun shops this one's the best one we have ever been to awesome service I'd recommend this gun shop for everyone to check out South sound guns is the place to go for guns

I TRIED to buy a gun here. I ordered it from their site easy enough. Order confirmation came in the next morning since I ordered at night. Great! After the 10 days they said it normally takes, I start making phone calls. There is nothing to update; I've got to keep waiting. Another week, phone call, nothing, keep waiting. After 3 weeks have gone by since the order, I finally get tired and go in to the store for some sort of update. The guys are friendly enough. It turns out the order was never shipped from the warehouse. Cool, at least it's progress. They said they'd get it handled. So I go in a week later and they don't seem to have done anything. I'm told they'll call and see what's going on. Another 3 weeks later, I'm getting nothing, still. So, I waited 1.5 months for absolutely nothing to happen. I had to instigate action on their end. I ordered the same gun from gunbroker for cheaper than SSG was charging, and the gun is already in the store a week later. But SSG sure was willing to still charge me the $20 transfer fee for the second gun. So much for helping local business, I could have been shooting by now.

This is a really great group of guys. The day I was there, I met 3 guys working. I only know Zach by name and he helped me extensively. They had full on conversations with every customer that came in and you can tell they're genuinely enthusiastic about their job. Zach talked me through the process of my purchase, a spiel, he's been through a hundred times with real warmth and consideration. I believe that he wasn't just grateful for my business, but actually glad that I was getting into the same hobby that he enjoyed. He's a good dude. Prices are good. They believe in providing value for their customers. My lower wasn't released immediately, but Zach told me he checks three times a day for all of his customers and he'll personally call me when it's time to pick it up. Thanks man.
