The volunteers are extremely friendly. One fills out a short order form that is filled by the volunteers in approximately 20 minutes. The package that is given to you is tailored to the individual. It is always a wide selection of canned goods, toiletries if asked, mostly fresh veggies and fruit( some of it may be a day old but still useable) and also a non cook bag if asked for. However one gal that works there got involved with a discussion I was having with another person in something she wasn't even involved with. She picked sides, felt as if she thought she was awesome in helping poor people. Condescending. I don't like that. Doesn't make me feel good. Otherwise, people are great.

I went there last week and I was given a Batch of food in a brown paper bag that was old and some of the food was expired however the staff are respectful but I would warn people to please inspect what you have been given because they can end up giving you old food

A good food bank well organized and safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. They have a good selection of food for me and my two children. You get to have at least one replacement when you get something you can't use. The lines run smooth usually and if you come early you will leave satisfied.

Yes we can, thank you, as long as it can be delivered frozen. We have donation hours tomorrow (Thursday) from 9am - 7pm, Friday from 10am - 4pm, and Saturday 9am - noon.
I am sorry that you have not heard from us. I will check in with our home delivery coordinator and ensure that he reaches out to you in the next day. I will leave another message here if he doesn't have your contact information. Thanks for your patience. --Joe

They are great and helpful people π

As folks have mentioned already (but just to confirm), we can accept these so long as the biscuits are not homemade, are in their original packaging, and unopened. Thanks for thinking of us for a donation.
You need to call UNIVERSITY food bank directly and ask them. They usually help with diapers with that zipcode. Please call them directly to be positively sure.
Yes please go. They are so giving. You can take what you need and more but some of volunteers think the food donated who they decide who need it or not. The food bank dose not turn down anyone who are in need and hungry. You can be homeless stuff happens. Take the bus # 70 walk 2 blocks ya can't miss it on 12th.
