Great place to take my grandkids, there's lots of playground equipment. They had a lot of fun. There's a restroom with running water, it was very clean well maintained. There is a picnic area and a walking place. All around a good place for taking the family.

We used to go over here. Bcoz my kids like to swing and sliding more times. They thoroughly enjoy with happiness. There is a one problem that limited parking who is going earlier they can. Otherwise great park to make fun. We can use Restroom. It is clean. Make fun with kids and stress out .

Been coming to this lake for years and years. Had a lot of good times here, and drank a lot of beer while having those times. Used to be a rope swing across the lake that was pretty terrifying for some. Last time I was there tho there were a bunch of homeless looking people down at the boat launch playing loud rap music and that pretty much ruined it for me.

Nice park. And there are several trails of different levels. My daughter loves to say hi to the little ducks there. Beautiful fall in the park.

Yeah
Yes you can
Definitely not a swimming spot. It is a spot for fishing, walking/running, and simply enjoying mother nature.
Negative
There may be a honey bucket there.
Some sun fish like bluegill if your lucky some small mouth or large mouth bass there are even rainbow trout
There is no swimming for people, but I'm not sure about dogs. It is more of a fishing lake, so I would be careful of snags underwater and lost fishing gear with hooks.
I haven't fished it yet this year, but it is supposed to be stocked with trout and large mouth bass.
Lake fenwick does not have a childrens play area, however an extension of the park to the west (known as west fenwick park) does. The lake itself is not supervised by a life gaurd and as such is labeled unsafe to swim in, but is still safe for experienced swimmers (no diving, submerged objects, snags). There are three enterances to the lake, the northernmost leads to the hiking trails, the middle to a grassy field, fishing areas and stairs where you can enter &swim, and the third leads to a picknick area and boat launch..... Hope this helps !
They have stalked the lake with a certain fish to try to control the algea so u need to make sure to not catch them.. I think when they get the algea fixed out would be better fishing but it's finenow plenty of people r still fishing
