Went online late at night, and was able to schedule service for the next day. Within minutes, I received a text - from a live person (Heather) - with confirmation! Then the technician (Gilbert) actually showed up at the scheduled time, with a personal call when he was inbound. I only reached out to them because I drive past their shop daily .. now they have a customer for as long as I remain in their service area.
