Our service person, Matt, found an elusive problem with our gas furnace we dealt with last winter with no explanation. Matt performed a repair that should save us from dealing with the issue this winter. I guess we can eliminate our space heater supply now!

Originally, I rated them five stars as it “looked” like they did a good job, although the guy did trample plants when there was a slab right there. He cleaned my dryer vent. First, he only went from the outside in, and did not go from the dryer out also. I figured if it worked, that would be fine. After leaving I noticed there was no air coming from the vent. I called back and they were very nice about sending someone out again. When the guy got here, I suggested he clean from the dryer out, which he did. Told me it was working, but when I checked, still no air coming out of the vent. After numerous attempts and him informing me that he couldn’t explain why it was not blowing, trying to blame it on my dryer, I convinced him to run it through a few more times, Got out lots of lint and finally got the line cleared, again trampling my plants. Still working, but noticed he also left my crawl space cover off and lying on the ground. The office staff is extremely nice and responsive. I think this is a training matter or perhaps someone who does not want to make much effort.

When the blower fan doesn't turn on after the burners ignite, this often signals an issue with either the run capacitor or the motor. If it's the capacitor, we can replace the part. If it's the motor, we generally need to investigate further to find the right solution. Give us a call and our furnace repair techs can come out to take a look!

If you have a 1" filter, you should be changing that every 30 days. If you have a 5" media filter, you should be checking those at least every 6 months.
