I've read several of the reviews and I've gotta disagree with some of them. Several years ago, I worked there, I helped put the the building up, and drove truck for them. Never once did I ever see any employee be disrespectful, and never once did I ever see the company ever not correct what was wrong.

I had a great experience even though my order was extremely small. All I needed was a 5 foot section to make a repair on an existing roof. They cut it to the size I needed and treated me like any other customer, even though it was only a 20 dollar sale for them. Great service.

Called to get a quote on some metal $35.00 higher than retail they explained that they were trying not be in competition with the retailers, and that they recommend I buy from a retailer So if you're trying to save some money buying from this manufacturer, don't bother. Thanks for sticking to the little guy!
