Started going there back in 2015 with my Best Friend. Every time he came into town we got boots. Service with Dustin and the Crew were hands down the best. Now, wow it’s just lacking in every corner of service. No one answers the phone. I have a pair of boots getting a new Sole put on. It’s been like 4 months. I can’t even get them to call me back and tell me if I’ll ever see my boots again. No one to call or even talk to about it. Luccessee has dropped the ball here in Nashville.

Ordered my 4th pair of handmade "Classic" Lucchese boots ($1,000+) but this was the first pair to order from the Nashville location. I have always ordered directly from Lucchese in TX. Nashville was a mistake. BIG MISTAKE. Boots came in, and didn't fit. Texas Lucchese rep says lizard won't stretch and to return them. So I returned them via UPS to Nashville for new pair. Radio silence. Not even a call that they were received the boots. A week after delivery confirmation I called Nashville and the lady who answered the phone contradicted Lucchese rep in Texas and told me they could put them on the stretching machine, NOT telling me that if they tried this, and the boots failed to stretch I could not then return them. Being uninformed (or lied to) I said try stretching. FOUR weeks later, having heard nothing, I call Nashville store again. Lady says they are in the "stretching room," but not stretched (thank god for idiots) and she will call right back. Radio silence. Two weeks later I call and am told new management is trying to fix everything. I have cancelled the stretch after finally being told that once that was tried and if it failed I could not return the boots. New pair being ordered. My advice: If you cannot walk out of the store with your boots in your hand, DO NOT BUY FROM NASHVILLE. If they have to be ordered, call Lucchese Texas and order your boots. I hope the new management turns it around. I am not holding my breath.
