Great place to eat a semi-healthy breakfast or lunch. The food is delicious and the service is great. Be prepared to wait for a table and possibly a long time for your food. If you are in a hurry, find another place to eat. If you are patient and prepared to wait, the food and service is worth it.

Online said we couldn’t join the wait list because there was no wait l, arrive 30-40 minute wait. We waited the 40 minutes and we told we were still 4th in line. We placed a to go order and we got our food to go before we ever got called for a table, we took our to go and ate in the car. I spoke to the manager who was like “yes yup, okay sounds good.” No service recover etc. We will drive longer and go to The Shack in the future.

A bit of research on Google maps says 7am to 2:30pm. Every day of the week.
The app is NoWait. You can see the current wait time before getting in virtual line. You CAN enter the text phone number for every person in your party. The app will also text you when to leave home so you can minimize your time waiting at the restaurant. You can NOT do a call in reservation.
