The shuttle drivers are great and so nice. However, upon leaving, our 11 dollars a day special had so many fees added on and “taxes” that they do not tell you about ahead of time. We were there for 3 days (2 nights) and it ended up being just over 50 dollars. Do yourself a favor and choose a different parking place so that at least you’ll know how much checkout will be.

Seeing this was the first time ever used a car pack I can't really compare it to others. Though I did choose it based of others who have used different places. Also price was competitive, site is secure with personel there all the time. Bus was quick, reservation was easy, check out fast. Will use again.

Our first time parking here. Easy to find and navigate. Shuttle picked us up right at our car. Friendly and helpful drivers and attendants. Got promptly picked up at ap when we returned. Very good rates.

Used for 11 days. Use app HeroSpot for better price. + safe + prompt shuttle in few minutes + excellent polite service over phone and in shuttle I mistakenly prepaid for 10 days instead 11, no issue, I just paid for extra day at exit.

Yes, and no. You don't have to make a reservation, but if they're full they're full. I've been parking there for years and only once were they full. Of course, I don't travel on holidays much.
I just used them both of the past two weekends to fly in and out of Seattle and had absolutely no problems or delays or anything different due to covid except for wearing a mask
When you exit give them your membership number and you can pay for parking or if you pay they add it on your account.
