My primary reason for a 5-stars is because I live in Silver Lakes community and this park is available for residents to park in to prepare for or when we return from our trips. Also, resident's family or friends can stay overnight for a small fee. We plug in turn on the air conditioner and load our RV up. There's water and 30/50A at each nearly level, gravel site. Dump station inside the park. The main con is that there is very little shade available and not much to do here except take a shower. I'm pretty sure this park is not for the public use.

I called to ask about availability, was immediately put on hold,( I could still hear this woman having a regular conversation on her phone the entire time) then once the line was picked up I was asked if this was going to be a “quick”question or not because it was going to be a while. When I asked about availability I was told it’s a “private hoa”. Honestly rudest interaction in a while. Wouldn’t brother calling or recommending to anyone ever.
