I don't know the recipe, but I do know it is delicious as well. I think the blackened Mahi is awesome, as well as the crab cake benedict. To answer your question, there is a video on YouTube to show you how they prepare shrimp and grits, if that helps you any.

No hush puppies for us. Along with "child's portion" of Swordfish as a special dinner entreė. A $35 tab for dinner the with a portion that was size of a credit card. Sad for such a well reviewed eatery.
