I ordered a 2nd internet connection to my home. They said 10 days. Well, they have nothing done, no lines buried, worthless. And I pay 171.00 for this service. I wish I liked spectrum. I'd go back. Very upset customer. But they really don't care

We've had some requests for it and we are researching it. You can get the channel for free on the app, however, in the meantime.

That's correct. We have cable on its own, or you can bundle and save with other services. Here's a link to our cable page, where you can use the Bundle Calculator to see what best fits your budget. We even have a streaming option coming soon.
Just go into their office and they'll exchange it for another one with no charge. They're very good about that.
