I purchased a used vehicle from LS Volkswagen last month. My salesman, Jay, was a bit unorthodox and not your typical pushy salesman. He was clearly a middle america guy just trying to do his job. I can honestly say that's what sold the van. That was the end of my good experience with this company. I was lied to during the financing and told I had to buy a coverage I wasn't required to. I've had nothing but communication problems with them ever since. Check engine light came on 4 days after I bought it. I suppose I should have gone for their $200+ a month "warranty" but when I asked for details I was given a vague brochure and that was all. They checked my credit with multiple companies that are already publicly known not to finance vehicles with higher mileage (this van had 150k) so now I have 9 credit checks on my credit report. Their detailing team didn't even vacuum the floors and I found trash between the seats. For a minivan that was priced over $2,000 over what it is worth... I'm still surprised. Unless you're in the market for a brand new Volkswagen, save yourself the headache. If that's what you're looking for talk to Jay. He really didn't seem to be a bad guy. Worth doing business with.

I have been looking for a beetle and this dealership had a great vw beetle at a good price. I wanted to make sure we were approved financially and that the monthly payment fit out budget and my salesmen went above and beyond to get the monthly price I needed so i did not waste my time driving 2 hrs to the dealership. I was able to go and pick up my new beetle. Thank you Greg! I highly recommend this dealership!

Greg made me and my family feel very comfortable. He listened to my non negotiable that I had for a new car and was able to show me the best options. He was very patient and friendly. Steve one of the other managers was great too! As soon as I stepped foot in the door he was there to greet me and assist us and Greg with anything he did!

Buying a car and service is a breeze. When I got my car, I worked with Isaiah and he found me a car I love very quickly and they got me a great deal. Danny in finance made the process easy and had a great sense of humor. Shout out to Alexia in service! She is so upbeat and so attentive! She made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on with my car when I had concerns and brought my car in. I will be recommending anyone who is in the market for a car!
