Everyone was fantastic (including the optometrist). They really went above and beyond to find out what my insurance would cover- to the extent of calling the customer service line for my insurance. Everyone was super helpful and made sure that I understood everything I needed to in order to make an informed decision. I'd recommend the team at the Walmart Vision Center in Kalispell to anyone who needed to get glasses or contacts.

The Eye Center Assistant Alecia and Manager Shawn went out of there way just as they were closing to helping me with paperwork issues which I was desperate for. It's an hour drive for me and I would have had to wait weeks to find another chance to get to Wal-mart. This nearly took a half-hour and was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Will be keeping my business with the Eye Center... prices are good and so is the quality. Thus service was A-1!!!!

Service is good, they need to update their hours. Showed up on a Sunday to pick up my glasses and they were closing at 4:15 when the website says 5.

Paid for glasses at time of exam. Waited a week glasses weren't compatible. Switched the frames after a week. Waited another week. No glasses. On third week waiting.but bill was paid almost a month ago.service should be improved drastically. Or payment shouldn't be collected til time of pickup so customers have the right to chose another vendor
