My sibling stayed at this apartment for many years. I would not recommend this apartment to even the worst of my enemies. Eva and Christina, some of the managers that I dealt with, are horrible people to work with who speak with a sense of ruling authority as if they are the landlords of the world. They are condescending towards other people, especially if you look like an immigrant and cannot speak English well. Maintenance is never carried out on time. There is no virtue about this apartment for which I can vouch for. COVID rules apply only to immigrants and people that they can take advantage of. They never seem to apply to anybody that they hang around with.

There is no security. We did have hired security at one time, and I felt very safe. But we soon lost that and the tweekers regularly break into the laundry room at night and break into cars in the parking area. My son's car was stolen from the parking lot and my own vehicle broken into many times, but the promised gates with resident only access that were promised 7 years ago never were put in. The mailboxes in a locked mailroom have been broken into due to residents not making sure to close the door behind them. I rarely feel safe and my door is always deadbolted.
