The General manager here is not very competent in his position. Poor customer service. Jared Has no knowledge of transferring protocols. Doesn’t want to deal with a situation instead he left his employee there to sit with me at the counter for over an hour to try and figure it out on our own. The guy at the counter was great trying to ask Jared for help and Jared was being rude to the guy asking for help to transfer me. Said he’s to busy to help him multiple times. Your suppose to be a GM act like one don’t leave your team out to dry. The GM should be a porter. I guess we get what we pay for. GM 1 star.

The gym looks great. The staff is friendly, and members are considerate to cleaning the equipment after using the equipment. Overall is not too crowded, and the subscription is very affordable.

It's a big franchised gym. It has low budget bar to join so there are many people here. I can see they clean the equipments daily but also see they are lack of resources sometimes. If you are looking for a fancy and high quality gym, this is not the one. However, with the price and good amount of equipments and maintenance, I would still give it 5 stars.

Amazing establishment; busy staff, very friendly. Clean areas with various types of equipment; most are keptnin straightened fixture. Great layout for a variety of conditioning. A number of different opportunities for any to build and make a workout.! Anyway, planet fitness in renton is awesome! The restrooms need some accommodations, such as hair dryers, however, the club itself offers a serenity to those that are searching for self improvement. Bust a sweat and get moving at planet fitness.

After they get a membership. Likely not a good idea if they are not staying as it's over $50 to stop the membership before the year is up.
Yes, they have free weights, racks, machines, and mirrors to help you get your form down.
If you have a black card you should be able to use it without switching.

I still do that yearly because I was an original member to this location, but I'm not sure if they still allow it for new members. Call the location and ask them directly.
