Worst service, you cannot rely on Lime devices bikes or scooters. I rode for my commute to work and was late constantly, because of inoperable equipment,or lack of availability. I am done with this company, may your numbers decay and wither, and all your customers find better more reliable services. With lime it was never that great, you should disappear from money loss as a whole company soon, and never be a competetor ever again. FA-Q

A lil expensive but pretty good way to get around the city. Still cheaper and faster than Uber in traffic.

The app repeatedly refused both my credit cards, not 'declined' as in insufficient funds...there was ample funds on both. It just didn't accept them despite entering the info numerous times. Tried Google pay, which works for all our other apps...nope. Still didn't accept it. Had a friend try with her Apple pay...took a couple attempts but finally worked...so I hop on the bike...granted I'm a fair bit out of shape and haven't ridden a bike in 7 years...but it's RIDING A BIKE...so partly me, but I found the handlebars odd, in that they are perpendicular to the front tire and the electronics are at the top of the front end making it very top heavy and difficult to control. I gave up and drove to my destination.

In summary, I rode the "red bike" twice on different days (close to the same location and same distance rides) via the Lime app and the total charges were twice as much as what I saw indicated on the "help" screen info. page that I resourced before u locking the bike. For one hr. 90 minutes I was charged $40 and for one hr. 20 minutes I was charged $34! This is absolutely an unreasonable charge and the actual rate is not clear, ambiguous, and doesn't appear upon unlocking a bike! The info. on the help screen indicated .15 per minute but I was charged twice this amount! I went back to review the help screen info. on the next day and the info. had been changed to exclude the rate! I felt like I was absolutely scammed! Afterthefact, I read so many reviews on various websites that gave very poor ratings! I should have read the reviews before ever unlocking the bike! This is not a company that I would recommend or ever patronize for a bike, scooter, vehicle or any service given they obviously mislead and make it very difficult to verify the pricing upfront.

The app says it's a $1.00 start-up fee, then $0.15 cents per minute that you ride.
I would contact the lime bike head office. However if you are seeing that bike come and go often it may be that one of your neighbours is using it for a regular commute
Call or text 888-LIME-345 for illegally parked bikes.
I couldn't find anything on the website. On other websites I saw between 200 - 225 lbs. It would be best to check for a warning label on the scooter.
The actual North End border is 145th many people will ride into Shoreline and they will go out and fetch the cycle after you leave it there I am a Lime employee so I'll ask... Wby don't you be kind and leave it at 145th 😀👍
They have employees drive around and repair them on the spot or take them back to a maintenance warehouse to do bigger repairs. 3 shifts round the clock in the cities.
No just one per person with app on phone.
Its a manual lock. You have to lock it yourself when you are done using it.
$1 per thirty minutes traditional bikes
Go to the app store, download.
No jugement! Yes, you just need to rent them through the Limebike App on the Apple Store or the Google Play Store which is free to download.
Report it using the app, or contact the company.
