I love the max challenge and the owner Rob. I was in really bad shape, gained 20 pound and felt really unhealthy. I called and started in a few weeks. I was able to lose 40 pounds. He builds a workout family. Everyone is supportive. I've back-slided and he reached out to me to get me back on track. I love the classes. I leave knowing it was 45 mins well spent. They also have a diet plan they put you one. It's basically everything. I highly recommend for all levels of fitness.

The Max challenge is great gym to get your workout done. The trainers are very friendly and they take care of the clients with their skills and their diligent work ethic, which make them the best trainers at the MAX!! All around the MAX is a professional, friendly, and and a great workout environment to your workout 2 or 6 days a week. I enjoy working out at MAX!!

That sounds about right. I use to take the 6am class daily and the first class at 5am was ending when I arrived.
