Hi there. It just depends on the timing. There is some slight turnover like with any other rental. Like right now I have a 10x15 and a 5x10. 2 months ago I didn’t have anything. Just give me a shout and I can get you squared away.

Most of the time we stay 100% full on everything but there is turnover for all sizes. Like right now I have 2 10x15’s ready to go, but if you called a week ago we were 100% full, these just came up. It’s a timing thing. Give us a call if interested. Thanks.
The gate does close automatically at 10 pm, they are programmed to do that. Unless it’s for a specific reason/discussed before hand to go in after hrs then that individual can have after hours access. We are continuing to figure out amazing features of my security system that allows us to do that.
