Normal Hill Cemetery

It's the inmates from orofino and they are cutting and chopping up people's loved ones roses , flowers ,trees or what is planted. They don't need to be let out of their jail cells if their going act like that. They need to respect the dead and their loved ones. My mother, aunt , grandfather are all three lay at rest in that cemetery. I've have planted a rose Bush at the site. They have chopped and cut the stems and flowers off the plant. They only need to cut the grass. Leave the rest alone!

they should be able to. Pretty sure one generation from a member is allowed. Not a grand cild.

This cemetery doesn't really have great upkeep.
