Job time took way to long. Communication was terible. And you guys tried charging me a $10.00 shop supply on an extended warranty, but couldn't tell me what shop supplies. For a part thats bolt off, bolt on. Very terible service.

Service department is grossly incompetent. I have purchased my last two vehicles here. I recently took my vehicle in for a recall and they underestimated the labor time by a whole day. They never reached out to let me know what was going on. I had to call them multiple times to check on the status. No sense of urgency and zero communication. I have never had issues before, but due to this incident, I will never do business there again. Poor customer service and incompetence has driven me away.

Found the pickup I was interested in on there website got there early the next morning my salesman ( Tyler) was amazing made it so easy from test driving to buying my pickup.
