One of their drivers stopped by our shop in Ohio, we dropped everything and took care of his mudflap issue, fixing his mangled bracket and installing a new flap. He loved the service but didn't like the bill and made it clear. Just a heads up on why it's so hard to get shops to step out and help strangers when so many drivers/operators act this way.
