Ordered the arroz con pollo. The only thing warm on the plate was the rice. The chicken was luke warm at best. While I was eating the rice one of the waiters reached across my table and my food and took the salt and pepper shakers; "no excuse me", "I'm sorry" nothing. I decided to leave at that point. When I got my bill the tip was automatically factored in, I was not happy about that. I fly through Miami a lot and will not be going back to this restaurant.
