Honestly, I don't recommend this park to anyone. I'm giving it two stars because I did get my deposit back.

Sky high electric., power outage after dark, shrill shrieking children distract when working remotely. Also, people will park on your lot, go back and forth through your lot transporting drugs/alcohol, and otherwise disrespect & disrupt the space you have already paid for. No ADA trash recepticles for those who need accomodations. There are a few genuinely nice people. Moving into an RV park is a major undertaking, and my advice is to look around for one with better management.

It's okay. Parking is small and you can't swim because of the bad water. Our work picnic was relaxing.

You can check... I don't live there but I do have friends there, I'll tell you this for sure everybody is very friendly and Tonya the manager is very up straight she keeps it very nice and clean!
It's a nice park but it does cater to the longer term stay. However, you canstay as short or long as you like.
650 for RV, 900 for a unit that includes sewer and water.
The rent varies from the number of bedrooms a mobile home offers,. Comparatively speaking it is probably the cheapest rent in town. When you move in all of the appliances and amenities are clean and in good working order. If interested I suggest you call the site manager and ask for exact rent and availability. I believe occupancy is full or near capacity year round.
