Definitely a hidden gym in a beautiful park in northern Reno. How one man could do so much in his life is certainly incredible. Would have loved to see more of his connection to the different collections and what time frame he added all of it. Such a well done museum some of the best exhibits ever in a small museum and what a great way to honor a local son.

This museum was small but beyond awesome. Will return. Trigger warning: shrunken heads and taxidermy.
Mythical Twist
I forgot to write a review. This museum is very calm when there are no exhibits. It has been shared in twin paranormal YouTube. But when exhibits do come it is such a blast!

It was very interesting learning of his life and all the things he had done and inspired others to continue to do such amazing works in life.

It was 20 to get in. Sunday was the last day. Sorry for late reply
I believe the Wilbur D. May Museum is completely separate from the Dragon Lights. You can see the Sierra Watercolor Exhibit and some other exhibits at no charge, but for parts of the Museum there is a fee (lower than $20).
I would recommend checking the museum's website: https://www.washoecounty.us/parks/maycenterhome/museum/exhibitions.php
We are open Wednesday - Saturday from 10am - 4pm and Sunday from noon - 4pm.
Museum $6 for adults and $4 for seniors and children. They also rent it out for special events
I do not know, it would be best to call the number there.
