I’m from Texas, home of the world’s best BBQ, and let me tell you that this place totally impressed me, hands down. First of all the ambiance fits perfectly with the Tahoe theme. Kyle, came to our table and made us feel welcome and special and when he found out we were from Texas, recommended to us what we should order. The ribs, brisket were amazing but his pork wings, were out of this world. He used an orginal sauce of root beer and asian sauce that will blow you away. The cold slaw and the cheese were also the best i’ve ever had. I recommend if you want some of the best food Tahoe has to offer, eat here. Ask for Kyle!

I was there 2 weeks ago and a lady walked in and said her husband left his card the night before... the ladies in the front knew about and retrieved her husbands card...100% honest people there!!! BTW.. I'm from Arizona.
Dixon's is now Jalapenos. Which is excellent Mexican food. Sonney's was an Irish pub prior. If your memory goes way back, it was once called The Cook Book. We highly recommend Sonney's for their staff / food and being puppy friendly.
