I was there July 17th to the 33rf and it was open when I was there.
Just the view. You have to get access to the beach separately, and sometimes they're out of passes to the general public.
I believe that they are open around noon time. That's if they are open for business that is. Covid is messing everything up
Not sure. I wasn't looking for one when I was there.
