Came here for date night tonight because we had a gift card and was seated in Adriane’s section. She was awesome, very polite and gave us just the right amount of attention. Our food came out quick, I ordered the chicken critters with a Cesar salad and steak fries. For $11 it was a huge portion of chicken! I think two people could’ve easily split it. A manager checked on us at one point, which was nice but we failed to share our experience with the hostess that sat us, Madison. She was one of the worst hostesses that we’ve encountered. We had to sit in our car to wait on a table, when we were notified to come inside we stood at the host station where another girl said that Madison would take us back. Madison never greeted us or even really looked at us. While we waited to be acknowledged by her, she had to complain to the other girl about something that happened with her car before actually waiting on us where she quickly walked us to a table and immediately stormed off not saying a word or if she did it was under her breath. I even tried to thank her anyways and still didn’t get a reaction. Madison was very unprofessional, I just hope she doesn’t treat everyone like that. Adriane however, great employee and provided great service. Overall, we enjoy coming here for an affordable date night. We just hope you guys find nicer hostesses because they’re the initial face of your business that may make your customers decide to stay loyal or take their business elsewhere.

It’s encouraging to go back a chain restaurant and receive fresh, delicious food, and great service. Thank you , Texas Roadhouse No easy feat, we had a party of six for a birthday, and Everyone enjoyed their meal , and Every steak was prepared as requested (wow!) I had the BBQ chicken and it was awesome; cooked just right and moist. And…..they roasted the marshmallows on my sweet potato (camp fire style- love it)

I was not happy with my food at all tonight. I have never had a problem this is one of my favorite places to eat. But tonight I got the 6oz sirloin steak the ribs and two sides a loaded baked potato and a house salad. I asked for extra dressing I did not receive it I asked for no croutons they put them on my salad. My steak Is so tough I can't even rip it in half with my fingers. The baked potato was not cooked all the way, still hard. I had a horrible experience tonight. Pictures below of me trying to tear my steak in pieces with my fingers. I also tried calling the store to talk to a manager I stayed on hold for 16 mins and no one answered so finally I hung up.
