My son and I ate there tonight. It was our first time in Lexington and we worried about the dress code being we didn’t pack anything dressy. The staff made us feel welcome and our server Michelle was amazing. My son is 12 so he wasn’t sure he would finish his whole meal. Michelle suggested that the servings were big and we could share an entree. I haven’t had oysters in a while and my son wasn’t sure about them. We ordered 6 with a salad and a rack of lamb. My son loved it all and even asked to order another half dozen oysters. We are going to be hard pressed to find anything as good when we venture to Louisville tomorrow.

The food was fantastic. Nice thick juicy steaks and side dishes that were creatively cooked with unmatched presentation. The cheesecake wasn’t over the top rich. The wait staff was hardworking and knowledgeable about the menu. For two, with pricer steaks, two drinks, two sides plus an app, you will be dropping about $250 including tip but totally worth it. I knocked off a star because we made reservations two weeks before, arrived early, and still had to wait 30 minutes PAST our reservation time to be seated which messed with the rest of the plans that evening. It would be understandable if it were a weekend but it was only a Monday. Overall great place with a great vibe! Also, there’s a nice treat for birthday’s!!

Delicious food and cocktails. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff were nice. I forgot to take pictures of some dishes, but the mussels and beef tartar were also good!
