To begin with, the concert staff and ushers were all great! Entry into the Opera House was quick and easy. Seating, was a huge disappointment to say the least. We went to see Old Dominion in concert last night. However, after being in our seats for maybe a couple minutes, we left...it was totally unacceptable to even sell those seats at a fraction of the cost of what we paid for them Our seats were on the third level. Granted, this was our first visit to The Lexington Opera House, so we knew very little about it. very little legroom for a guy that is 6' 3" and even worse shoulder room...and our view would have been limited to maybe half of the stage at best. That was unacceptable to me at $125 per seat. I'm sure the main level would have been fine, maybe even the second level would have been fine as well. However, there should have been a disclaimer when purchasing tickets for the third level that the view would be limited to maybe half of the stage...forget mentioning the legroom. Had I known the seats would have been that horrible, we would have just gone to Jeff Ruby's for a really nice dinner. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has a better view of the entire racetrack than these seats had of the band. The Opera House shouldn't even offer the third level seating for sale. The two stars is only because of the staff. We have no desire to return to give it a second shot or better review unless we had tried seats on the main level.

Could update seating. Probably not the best for the elderly. Tight spaces, hard to maneuver. Nice place other than that. Oh and does not have changing stations in restrooms!

TERRIBLE AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE with management, although the show was fantastic. I paid $850 online to buy tickets for my 80 year old mother and 3 sisters for a much needed night out after 2 years of COVID. I bought the tickets in February and we had been looking forward to it for months. I had a valid confirmation number, but the “manager”, who was extremely rude and arrogant, refused to give us access to our seats (which she acknowledged were sitting empty) because the final confirmation email went to my spam. I was forced to purchase new tickets at $150 a piece. What a shame that a place as nice as the opera house cannot provide a more customer friendly overall experience. TOTAL SHAM as far as the tickets go.

Saw Buddy Guy and he was fantastic. I Love the Opera House. Everything is just so nice there. I'm glad we are finally able to go out again and enjoy entertainment. Thank you Opera House and all connected.
