Awesome urgent care place to go to, For basic things, it’s not a ER! She saved my bacon today 9/22/2022! Friendly, courteous and compassionate! She’s good at what she does!! Thank you Ma’am!!!

I'm so glad I didn't ever pay attention to these reviews. My family has been to Lyon's Urgent Care multiple times since they opened and we couldn't be happier! The staff has ALWAYS treated us with kindness and respect. (I suppose that may have a little bit to do with the fact we also treat them with respect!) We've never had a long wait and never had to have an appointment. We have always been given great care. It's , by far, the best Urgent Care I've ever been to.

First of all I was refused service because I did not have a copy of my insurance card. I could have given an all the correct billing information necessary but that was not good enough. I guess I should have taken the fact that they didn't have a single car in the parking lot as a huge sign. They didn't care that I was extremely sick, they just wanted to make sure they got paid. I was not even given an option to pay for the visit. Obviously they are not in the health care field to help anyone but themselves!!! I did ask if i had the billing information would that work and I was told the card was needed. And yes I was extremely mad because I was given no options what so ever. I had plenty of cash to pay for the visit, but I guess that is not an option. That's ok, I'm at the ER in Somerset where they have been nothing but extremely nice and helpful. I would never expect anyone to work for free,but I do expect a heath care facility to have some compassion and some problem solving skills.
