This place used to be better.. my doctor never seems to be available anymore I always have to see someone else. The kids doctor takes FOREVER. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or they add you that day, you are waiting 30 sometimes 45 minutes which is extremely difficult to do with children. I don’t know if they are overbooking her or she just talks to much in between appointments but I’m starting to think about switching my family to an entire different doctors office all together. It’s not just once it’s every time we go we have to wait almost an hour sometimes for the doctor to come in!

Love the Malta office staff. Absolutely hate trying to call them. When you call you can be on hold for over 30 minutes and not even speak to a real person.

Friendly, courteous and very competent staff! Been in and out in an hour or less, twice. Only gave a four star rating because they don't have any Sunday hours. Clean facility! So nice having a quick care in our county!!

There is also Heather Gillespie, CNP., who is very nice and she is understanding and gentle!! :) . I've seen her numerous times for 'BELOW' issues and had no problems at all! Hope this helps ya!
