I walked in and there was 3/4 associates standing at the registers and no one said hello or asked if I needed help finding anything, it wasn't busy at all. The selection was also very slim, not even a litterbox that wasn't enclosed bigger than tiny kitten sized, I needed a larger box that most pet stores usually carry. The space isn't well utilized for actual pet supplies.

I don’t even give this place one star I have gotten 3 dogs from this store don’t going to say how munch that invested they say they have puppy for life. All you have to do is buy four bags of dog food and four things of vitamins which I have done I have spent thousands of dollars on this stuff and our female Yorky passed away call the store they give me a phone number to call just to find out there saying I have never bought this food after being told that they are documenting each time which was a lie my Yorky was my wife’s emotional support animal will not be back in the store They have lost a lifetime customer so beware of buying a dog from them so the puppy for life is a scam. For over price dogs that come from puppy mills

When entering the store they require a mask on all times, and they limit the number of customers in the store at the same time.

Yes, pet are allowed in the store. I would recommend keeping them leashed while in the store.
