Really great experience very often. She got us all set up and checked in and the rooms here are ginormous! My only complaint was the room smelled like smoke, and the hotel even left a air cleaning machine in there that’s designed to clean out the smoke smell. We were tired so we just dealt with it, but I would hope they would clean the smell out before offering the rooms again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. They cooked different breakfast everyday until 10. The indoor pool was rather chilly but that didn't stop my 4-year-old. It wasn't noisy it wasn't crowded and there was no nuisance. It was just really nice to walk out with my family and walk to somewhere and get something to eat or go and see some shops.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and if it was something taht you needed they got it for you!!

The hotel itself is nice, but expect zero customer service. Only folks I ran into seemed pretty lazy and bored. Didn't seem like too bad of a job, so not sure what the problem is there. Location is great and the rooms are spacious and quiet. I can't get past the bad attitudes though and probably would not stay there again. It's too pricey for that BS.
