Long story short. I believe their phones run on a VOIP, which is over the internet. So if for some reason the server is down for any reason, it will seem like the number is disconnected. You can also use the live chat on the website to talk to someone. Usually the website runs on a separate server is the separate server from the phone service. Hopefully this help you.

Yes! You will have to listen to music for 10 mins from everyone calling keeping them busy! If you know a salespersons name its faster by typing in first 3 letters of there name when it asks you! If not you'll have to be on hold awhile or call back later in evening! Sales persons are there late. Hope that helps.

I don't think they have. The phone lines though seem to be affected for the last month and nobody from the phone or cellular companies can explain why.

E85 is going to have a higher effective octane rating vs 100 octane, which is likely about 5 points. This will allow you to run more aggressive timing an likely generate more power. With that said, I believe the energy in a gallon of gasoline is about 50% greater than a gallon of ethanol.
