Absolutely ridiculous, called 2x a day every day for a damaged item i received. They don't answer phones calls or emails. Never use jegs for something. Terrible service
I’m glad I’m not the only one! Been calling for 2 weeks about my order and I haven’t had a single email or update on it. Phone is disconnected, nobody answers emails. not cool jegs! Get it together

Long story short. I believe their phones run on a VOIP, which is over the internet. So if for some reason the server is down for any reason, it will seem like the number is disconnected. You can also use the live chat on the website to talk to someone. Usually the website runs on a separate server than the phone server. Just a FYI. This is what I'm guessing.
