THEN, YOU ARE TOLD YOU CANNOT COME BACK TO VISIT YOUR OWN 76 YEAR OLD MOTHER OR SHE TOO WILL BE EVICTED ALONG WITH HER DISABLED DAUGHTER AND AUTISTIC GRANDSON. Wonderful place ... They are really cleaning it up. love the fact that they put up a shelter area for the mailboxs. Hope to have many more years here everyone is so nice and respectful.

Lot rent is $305.00 inside lots and $315.00 corner lots plus water bill mine runs approximately $350.00 a month
they dont rent them out. You have to buy them from Rhona Homes. Lot rent is $305. You have to pay water, electric, and gas. Trailer payment will be based on the trailer you buy.
They usually don't rent the empty trailers but there are a few for sale stop at 121 BlackBerry ask the manager she more than happy to help
I'm sure there's a couple of trailers for sale. They addressed the flooding, they cleaned out the drainage Creek. Has not flooded since. They patched the roads.l give them 5 star rating. Thanks
