Cell service should be great there as its right close to town. The price range I'm not sure about as I do not live out there I have in-laws that live there and they own their mobile home however I'm still not sure what their lot rent is and as far as a camper goes I have never seen campers parked out there it is your traditional trailer Home Park hope this helps out
