The owners kept the deposit for hall rental because the men's urinal was clogged. Which was clogged BEFORE we even rented it. The plumber even stated it was caused from calcium deposit from not being maintenance in such a long time. We spent over an hour ensuring everything was cleaned when we left, just for them to keep the deposit. I wonder how many people they have done this for in the past considering this is their issue. Will not be recommending this place at all.

Empty floor plan, simple clean up and put away procedure. Very basic but checks every box. Plus, has a pond I managed to sneak over to and keep my weekend fishing streak going! 🎣

Stay away from this place!!! The owners are nasty, and cruel people. We had our wedding scheduled for May 9th, 2020 and because of the covid 19 virus, we knew we could not go forward with our wedding. However, I was unfortunately not familiar with the laws at the time, which would have prohibited our wedding and forced a complete refund on their part. Although i tried to tell her that I don’t think weddings are legal, she told me that they are, and that they have no plans to close the venue. I asked to postpone to 2021 under the circumstances, but the owners denied me that and informed me that there would be no cancellations or postponement allowed, even under these circumstances. Eventually, they offered me a new date of August 29th, 2020 due to cancellation (apparently unrelated to covid) which they pretend was a generous offer, but in reality it was a manipulative and desperate attempt to change our date without having to give us a refund. August 2020 ended up being even worse than May, so we had to postpone again, but of course they would not accommodate us in our attempts to be responsible and save lives. The owner even had the AUDACITY to insinuate that we cancelled for other reasons, not just because of the pandemic. She is a nasty person and I should have recognized that from the contract and the emails from the start. If you want your wedding to be the best day of your life, instead of the worst nightmare, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
