I really enjoy the online yoga classes since I am a little too far from the studio. All of the instructors I've experienced have been extremely patient and kind even though I had very little yoga experience. My all-time favorite instructor is Sumedha. She brings traditional aspects to yoga. Her Gentle + Yin classes make me feel relaxed. She focuses on Mind, Body, and Breath. I wish to have min 2 classes of hers in the evening. I highly recommend 8 Limbs Yoga whether you are new to yoga or have been doing it for many years!

I have been doing 8 limbs online for a couple of years after moving from Seattle to California. The teachers are great. The classes are great. The vibe is great. The other students are great. And I feel great. I do it 5 times a week and 8 limbs has become vital to my life. Truth. Thanks.

All the teachers are amazing in their own way. Each class is different. A lot of diversity in each class and each teacher too. I am still enjoying the zoom classes as I don't want to wear a mask while exercising indoors. Thank you for what you do.

Incredible atmosphere, teachers/staff, and class offerings! It was hard for me to find a yoga studio I liked after moving to Seattle, so I was thrilled when I discovered 8 Limbs. There are so many different styles of yoga offered and their workshops are amazing. It's also very apparent that they value you as a student of yoga and not just a customer, as they're very flexible and accommodating to individual needs.
