Brandon Wrightt was very nice! He seemed to know what he was doing and was able to install and service our machines within 45 minutes. He also took the time to show me what he did after he was finished and explained to me why our new set up would work better then the one we had before. I hope to get Brandon for all our service calls!!

We were loving the service and then they switched exchange days without telling us. Then we just stopped getting notice, so we called in and we're told we missed our scheduled delivery date and that a truck had stopped out and we didn't have any bottles out. Well I was home on that day and we have a few cameras around the property. After reviewing the video no truck had ever been at our home on that day. Hard to enjoy what they don't provide. We'll have to find a reliable service somewhere else. You've got to love the cut a paste rely! Maybe take the time to write a genuine acknowledgement of the lack of service and have the GM give the customers a call to win the business back.
