I had a very bad experience with a lady with very short gray hair today. It was bad enough that my wallet was stolen and I had to get my driver's license replaced. She was very rude, condescending and acted like a robot instead of a person. If you hate your job that bad, why not quit? I have worked with people my entire life and I don't understand why you couldn't try to be just a little bit nice? I bet you would enjoy your day more. I will never go to this location again.

This place operates like a machine that was never meant to run! Its terrible as you gaze around and notice all the problems and the signage, you start to hear the circus music in your head! Rae Ann is the most rude person I have ever seen in customer service! She is very demeaning and condescending to her customers! Terrible!
