Ricky arrived on time to clean and inspect my chimney, as well as measure and inspect for new chimney caps. He was extremely professional and friendly, explained everything and answered all of my questions, and completed the cleaning and inspection quickly and effectively. I called Choice Chimney and Ricky was super nice and was able to come to my home within a very reasonable time frame. When he came, he was professional, answered questions without judgement and was still super nice. He lets you know each and every step of process. I will place him on speed dial😉 Today, 10/21/22 Ricky came back to install new glass front as the old seal was non functioning and we would not have known without his inspection. I highly recommend this company!
