I don’t know if we’re the only ones that is going through this but my water bill jump from $70 to $200 something dollars and we didn’t have any leaks or anything and they say they can not adjust the bill for us. $200 is ridiculously high and they don’t understand that it’s only me and my fiancé that lives in the house so there’s no way it should be that high. All they say is they can not help with any adjustments. I can leave the water running for days and I don’t believe it can be $200 worth of water. No help at all.

I have no water. I called the after hours number only to get a recording to leave a message. That was almost three hours ago, still no return phone call.

The must rude customer service any company can have, they don’t listen to you over the phone because they keep talking to each other on the phone , you have to keep repeatedly giving the information and yell for them to listen you clearly, they get mad and hang on you. Shame in you LAWCO. Sadly no others companies around , so we have to stick with them like it or no.
