For a house on a concrete slab, the cost per piling varies depending upon many factors. The price is usually $400 to $600 each. If you are asking about a house that is off of the ground on piers, the cost per pier installed has many, many variables. Please call and we will inspect the structure free of charge. Thank you! For a house on a concrete slab, we use hydraulic equipment. Using a manually operated jack would take a very long time and would be very tiring. We do use jacks when we work on a house that is off of the ground on piers. Thank you! Michael Lamonica
